H.264 DVR - playback mode does't operate

Hi!

I have installed the h.264 dvr sys 2 years ago and it works well in all the modes. Now when I'm trying to watch the cameras in playback mode I got the ERROR: Hard disk drive did not exist.
Once the problem was the Anti Virus software, but now even I disable it still I got the error!
Any ideas what can prevent the PLAYBACK mode from operating?
