joining 2 .srt files - error message

I did a search and found the link to the very cool .srt sub (title)merger tool. I inserted the 2 .srt files and clicked on submerge. I got the following error message:
Warning: move_uploaded_file(tmp/Mother.English1.srt): failed to open stream: Disk quota exceeded in /hp/ac/aa/re/www/subdomain/submerge/srtsubmerge.php on line 97
Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpNvSO9C' to 'tmp/Mother.English1.srt' in /hp/ac/aa/re/www/subdomain/submerge/srtsubmerge.php on line 97
fill all fields!

Something about the guy that built the tools has issues with his server and thats causing the errors
