I just started burning dvds and have a few files that play fine on the comp. After burning it to dvd using dvd flick the movie will freeze up multiple times during playback. Seems to freeze at the same points. I can hit fast forward for a sec and hit play again and the movie will resume but this is very annoying. I tried burning the dvd three times with the same results. Anything I can do to get a flawless recording that I can watch all the way through without messing with the video? Thanks for any help.

DVD Flick outputs the files to a folder.
If you play the files in the folder with a media player and they play ok, then assume that it's a burning/media problem.
If you play the DVD on the PC it might or might not show a problem.
I found that some disks play back ok on the PC, but fall apart on a standalone.
Get some Verbatim brand disks and burn the same folder again (using ImgBurn) and see what happens..

The only file I can find that was created by dvdflick is a dfproj file. I cant play it though. I do have the original files which play fine. I will try using the verbatim and imgburn. I'll be back with results.

The video files are in the destination folder.

Does the disk play OK on the PC.

If it plays OK on the PC, drag VTS_01_1.VOB onto MediaInfo.
If you are in North America, the file should be NTSC.

Just to follow up... I bought a newer dvd player and that fixed the issue. Thanks for your help though.
