wont play SOME rmvb

I have got the latest k-lite and real alternative. It wont play SOME of the rmvb from Asia. You would hear no sound if play it with MPC but fine with real player. I check the properties and dont know what is the difference between the playable rmvb and non-playable rmvb.
I use MPC because it has a fast snapshot button (F5). What other players is as good?
