    Hello there

    I have a TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-L532U Drive.

I have burnt DVD's successfully but when I go to play them nothing happens? and the drive is telling me its a cd drive and not a DVD. So it basically thinks its a CD and not a DVD even though it has DVD-R on the icon in My Computer

Has anyone experienced this that can help as its v frustrating as it clearly states on my machine DVD Rewritable and CD Rewritable.

Thank you for your time and help

if you need any more info please ask

What was the source file;did you convert it to DVD format using a converter program;what program;did it save it's output to a folder;can you play the files in the folder;what program did you use to burn the output files to the disk;does Windows Explorer see the files on the disk.
