A friend of mine posed an issue that I could not answer. He is trying to back up some of his dvd collection with his laptop which has operating system 7. He has used 1Click with dvd43 and with anyDVD (at different times), and has tried dvdfab. Each time the program tells him that the process has been completed, yet the laptop will not read the disc; he can watch it on his hard drive. Since I don't have 7, I have not had any problems using XP or Vista. Oh, he is also using the Verbatim DVD+R blank discs. What is he missing? Please advise.
First, shouldn't use DVD43 with ANyDVD. One decrypter(ANYDVD is more than enough;two will conflict). Are you sure DVDFab doesn't output the files on the hard drive? Maybe you cannot find the destination folder...
