Can't back up Shutter Island

Disc plays fine but when I try to back it up the main movie does not show up in shrink even with anydvd or dvdfab. 0 mb for the movie. never seen this before. it's like the software can not see the movie, it's invisible. anydvd and dvdfab are both latest versions. Need some help here guys. tried searching the pervious posts.
