How can I tell what audio tracks are director commentaries? Lately, when I record a movie, It defaults to director commentary and cannot be turned off.

CloneDVD will usually say director commentary next to the audios that have the commentary.. Keep the 5.1 audio only- it's AC 3/6 in CloneDVD or AC 3 5.1 in Shrink, Recode etc.
The director commentary is usually in the 2 channel audio like AC3 2ch so remove those audios.

edit: realized title of thread said CloneDVD so no need to ask what program is being used :)Edited that out.

    PROBLEM:
I know This been happenning to me several times.....
The way I get this fallty way is when I start selecting "Movie Only" from the very biginning; Then My back-up come out this way no matter what I do latter on.
Note: with your DVD-Player Remote control you can change from Audio Commentary to Audio Movie, by hitting the "Audio-key"

    SOLUTION:
The Next Time: Start with "Full Disc" then when is time for you to "Re-Author" "Movie only" and select (tick) your Audio (AC3 5.1ch for the Movie) and also if you like subpicture (tick) your preference subtitle(s).
Shrink is a great program to "Re-Autor" and "Compress" after ripping.....then you can do your burning.

    Hope this help's.
