I have a Sony DVD RW DW-D22a model (dated August 2004). I have had no problems burning onto 8x DVD-R's but I ran out of these and recently bought Sony DVD-R's that are 16x speed. Now after CloneDVD2 reads a movie title, and prompts me to insert a recordable DVD, I do, but then it says "not a recordable DVD"..."please insert a recordable DVD". After 3 unsuccessful attempts with 3 different DVD's, I went out and bought Memorex DVD-R 16x speed......I cannot find 8x disks anymore. Could this be my problem that my DVD writer is too old and it doesn't recognize 16x speed DVD's? Please advice...I am so frustrated!!!!
