I am trying to backup a Disney DVD. I first used Burnit4me, this software asked for DVDecrypt, then at the end DVDecrypt asked for DVD Shrink. I then tried to make a .iso file, which it did but had no sound! Then I tried to run it directly from the decrypted version, but still no sound. I am trying to store and play this movie file from my WD TV media player. Any thoughts on this sound issue????

You need to use an up to date ripper that can handle newer encryptions. The only two types worth their salt are anydvd and dvdfab.

From there, you can use either dvd shrink or dvd rebuilder to compress the files and convert them to an iso file.
