dvd burning problem

    I've always burned my dvds with windows media player and now my dvd player says disc is dirty! All of my old dvds work and I've cleaned my lens. The discs work on the computer. I'm stuck and cannot get a straight answer. HELP!!!

    Did you buy some new blank DVD's? Maybe your DVD player doesnt like your new ones.
    Did you change burn speeds? Is anything, however how insignificant you think it is, different with your new burn process than with the DVD's you say work?
