where do you to update your firmware because i dont even know what that word even mean also can u give me a really good detail explation thanks
Firmware is basically an operating system of the hardware, an embedded instruction set built-in or flashed into a hardware equipment, such as a router, CDR drive, DVD-ROM drive, washing machine, etc. I'm assuming you're talking about firmware for a DVD burner? A good place to start would be http://www.firmwarehq.com My question would be, why are you seeking a firmware update; especially if you're unsure as to what it is? Also, a more descriptive thread-title would be nice.
