I'm trying to back up Ponyo (the English version with Cate Blanchet), ripping with Mac the Ripper and there seems to be some heavy encryption that I can't get through. The disc just scans and scans forever and my drive makes weird noises. I tried mounting it with Fairmount and copying it with Toast Titanium but, the same thing happens.

Can somebody recommend a method or software that I might try here? I'm on a PPC Mac running OS X 10.4. Thanks ahead of time =)

DVD-Cloner for Mac with FairMount running in the background worked for me. You may not have to use FairMount, but I had it running.
