How to convert vcd dat files to mp3? May I know can I use Dvd Shrink? If not, what are the freeware I can try? Thanks

DVD Shrink cannot open VCDs
Are you trying to extract and convert the audio to mp3 format.

TMPGenc can demux the audio (note that VCD audio is mp2 format).

Run TMPGenc.
Cancel the Wizard and click 'File' > 'Mpeg Tools' > Simple Demux'.
Then 'All Files' to browse to the .dat file.
Save the output file.

Download and run 'DaudioK' to convert the .mp2 to .mp3
