How to properly remove ASPI? (Solved)

Do you mean the killaspi.bat file won't run?
If you edit the .bat file it lists the .dll .sys and .exe files that it is removing - you can search for those files and delete them manually.

Thanks for the help guys.
It thought my machine was Win 2000 or NT so It installed
ASPI32.SYS
WNASPI32.DLL
and a reg entry here
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ASPI32
I deleted all three and restarted. It is back to normal, in case anyone needed to know.
