I need major help on this problem

hey i need help on the burning process. When i try to burn it, it always says write error before it even i dont know what could be the problem so plz message me back as fast as possible

 

Just joined the site and had a similar problem. it was recommended to me to update my firmware, did so and worked very well. Haven't learned to navigate this site yet but you should be able to link to my thread and see if the problem is similar. Also review the fix
