I have an ISO file that has 7,654,976kb

How does one transfer that to a dvd/cd?

Isnt that larger than both a DVD or CD will hold?

    Size sounds like it's a DVD-9 size.

If the iso has sections you are able to remove to maintain quality on a DVD 5, extract the VIDEO-TS with something like Isobuster (free function) and run it through DVD Shrink (free) or Vobblanker (free) or both and burn the resulting VIDEO-TS folder or does DVD Shrink create an iso itself?

No need to extract. DVD Shrink will open an ISO(and can also output to an ISO). Or, just burn it to a DVD DL
We assume it is a movie. If it is a game/software, then DVD Shrink will not work.
