hi everyone can you help, when i convert a movie to disc and then i play it back, im getting a jerky movement as ithe movie pans across the screen,i have tried to slow the speed down when im converting it my dvd writer is x8 so i burn it at x4 and still get jerky movements instead of a smooth pan across the screen so can anyone help please

Burn slower and use fixVTS. I always burn with Verbatim disks at 2.5 X they are never jerky even if the master was.
