Need Help Backing up Star Trek

    ok guys, here goes.(Star Trek) first it took almost an hour for dvdfab to open the disc, then almost 4 hours to back up files to HD. The file is HUGE, over 19 gb. It looks like there are 9 copies of main movie on here. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I shrink this thing down so I can put on disc.preferably with menu. I Cant use Any dvd, trial is already expired. Thanks in advance.
