Need help burning VOB 001, 002 files

I'm trying to burn a DVD that came with partial VOB files (001, 002...006). They don't appear to be archives because they don't open with WINRAR. I think I might need to join the VOB files, but I'm not sure. Can someone point me in the right direction? Here's a screenshot of the files:

Maybe the VOB files were split with HJSplit?
