Any number of free burning programs out there, most use Imgburn, here's a good full featured one I use too, has worked well so far but you will have to apply for a key and they do send out a fair number of emails, some refer to it as spam but I wouldn't go that far, think I got it here: http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Ashampoo-Burning-Studio-Free-Download-98129.html may be a later version available too. Taiyo Yuden is accepted as the best media followed closely by Verbatim (azo dye only) any made in Taiwan, also any made in Japan and burn all at half the rated speed, TY maybe 4x faster (eg burn 16x discs at 12x).
