Do the files play in sync before you converted them?

Use Avidemux or MPEG Video Wizard DVD to fix the a/v sync problem.

Did the files play properly before you tried to convert them?

Are there multiple files? Did you set it to after playing the first title to play the next?

there is a very simple solution for this. its not as complicated as everyone is trying to make it. first off the file has to be in avi or mpeg formet to be burned to a disk. if its not convert it. i use format factory my self. then burn it. u have to burn it slow though so it burns clearer and everything matches up. i use roxio ultimate and it gives the option to burn anywhere from 4x-18x. i use 12x its slow enough for everything to be right but fast enough that it doesnt take all day to encode and burn. if this doesnt work, the file was torrent-ed that way and u probably cant change it.
