Hi,
I have a problem every so often playing an attachment that is a "wmv" file in my Winamp player. The file will sometimes play just the audio with no video. When I try to close it, the system freezes up on me and, even after I hit the control-alt-del keys all at the same time, the system keeps telling me there is an error and that it isn't responding. When I try to "end task" the system simply freezes up on me and then the only way I can use my computer is to shut off the power and start all over again. I do have a Windows Media Player on this computer as well and would like to have it set as my default player and just get rid of this goofy Winamp player once and for all. Can you tell me how to do this? Please, remember, I'm no computer guru!
Thanks.
