Slysoft is pretty quick about updates. If "The other guys" had a problem, they would have updated by now ;) I'm currently backing it up now. We'll see how it goes :)

Ripped with anydvd 6.7.5.0, Used dvd rebuilder for processing, and all seems well. In my experience, if there were a problem, Rebuilder would have errored. Rebuilder is fairly finicky about dirty files ;) I'll be watching it tonight, for the proper test :D

Your optical drive might be the problem. I've got several when crap like that happens lOL! Lite-ons in particular don't like disney disks for whatever reason. My 7200S optiarc only scanned it for maybe 5 seconds.

I was able to re-author the movie via dvd shrink so if all you care about is the movie that worked.

Thanks for the Help Guys. It appears that the disc itself was the problem. I replaced the movie with another new one and it worked like a charm.

Ahhh, must have been a bad press. I've heard of them. Kind of rare, but they do happen ;)
