What kind of DVD software

From Rapid search I downloaded a large file with 2 cds of about 9 cartoons in each. I converted them to a DVD for playing to the tv dvd player. I would like to make a DVD of it again so I can skip to the next cartoon using the remote. I can only fast forward it now of course. What kind of software do I need to make changes to that DVD file movie, like be able to do stuff like skip to next chapter or title, and then burn to a DVD? Thanks

 

You can use dvd flick which can make a simple menu as well as chapters so you can skip ahead.
