Quick question, I have been researching but didn't get a clear enough answer.

I have a homemade movie which is an ISO file. If I burn the ISO to a DVD-R will it play in most people's DVD players? These DVDs are memorial DVDs that are going to be handed out...if it was just for me I would just test it out but it's for a bunch of people.

Basically what are my options...and which are best for me to go from an ISO file to a DVD.

    Thanks

If it's a dvd disk image you can use the likes of ImgBurn (choose 'Write image file to disc' from the splash screen) to burn the disk.

I would burn one disk and test it in a standalone player.
If you use decent media - Verbatim DVD-R comes to mind - it should be fine.
