hi guys this is my first post but i been roaming here for awhile. I just move into my new shop and my dsl is not working. I have sbc and told them i was relocating. I call cs and had a couple of tech come in but still no dsl. the problem they tell me is that my modem is not connecting to the server. sbc has really bad cs, so i hope one you guys can give me some ideals to get my internet running.
moved to correct forum as not a windows issue. until sbc fixes the problem then you won't be able to get on & that is presuming your dsl modem is good.
