smartdisk ND 250 NAS hard drive lost the admin password and user name

I have a problem with a smartdisk ND 250 NAS drive.
I bought this Drive on Nov.8th from geeks.com. I hooked the drive up for my client and they set the password and and username then miss placed it. If i had to guess they fat fingered the password or the user name. is there a way to reset to oem setting or a master user name and password. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
