starview hd combo

    i have brought a starview combo and live in finchley, north London and all the channels are scrambled apart from BBC1,BBC2, ITV1,C4,C5,BBC3.

    Can someone help me to find a way of unscrambling the scrambled channels please.

    did you flash the box with latest file!
    do you have your broadband connected!
    and did you follow the guide!
