I am trying to make a motion menu using the above program, but I can't even get started as I have no idea where to start..

I have looked for a tut. but I can not find one, and I was wondering if someone out there can help..

What I would like to do, is to have the background change color as the audio plays..

Can someone stear me in the right direction ????????????
