Video Memory Help

    I just bought a new game for my PC (Grand thief auto IV) and it is saying that my Video memory is too low.How do i get more video memory so i can play the game.Please help ASAP

    what is your system specs including videocard & what is the game's system requirements?

    First off i have a Dell Inspiron 1720
    Windows Vista
    Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) dual CPU T2330 @ l.60GHz
    2.00 GB RAM
    Mobile Intel(R) 96 Express chipset Family

    the game requires
    Windows vista
    Processor: Intel core 2 duo 1.8GHz or AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
    Memory: 1.5GB Vista, 16 GB free hard space
    Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900/ 256MB ATI X1900

    I was wondering can i download ATI X1900
    or can i change my video card if so how?

    videocard shares main ram as doesn't have own so to add more ram to videcard then go into bios & up the memory assigned to videocard.
