no it doesn't leave you with a winrar file.. it leaves you with a .iso which is a disk image..
winrar is at fault.. it's retarded and thinks it owns every single kind of packed pile in existence.. including java and iso .. which it has no rights to whatsoever.
just burn what you have unpacked ONCE in the normal disk image way.
