Difference between these two Panasonic camcorder models

Hi.
Is there a difference between Panasonic HDC-TM900K and HDC-TM900P/PC?
I was reading the manual of the second model, and it only mentions digital cinema (without even saying "24p" anywhere) for a few lines, in the middle of the manual. On the other hand, wherever I see specifications for the 900K model online, "24p - YES" is proudly displayed everywhere.
It's a little confusing. Are they the same, or not? And, if they are the same, why wouldn't the makers make a bigger deal of the digital-cinema capability?
