I am looking to buy a 32gb SDHC card and cannot choose between the 2 list below.

SanDisk Ultra: Pros-9mb write speed Cons-almost 10 years old, Class unknown (I think Class 6)
    http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ultra-32GB-SDHC-SDSDRH-032G-A11/dp/B00194101O/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Transcend: Pros-2500 reviews, Class 6, ECC Cons-Only 6mb write speed
    http://www.amazon.com/Transcend-Cla...ef=dp_return_1?ie=UTF8&n=172282&s=electronics

Is it 6 one way 1/2 dozen the other? I really am 50/50 here and cannot choose. Thanks for your time.

There does not seem to be enough technical data to compare the two side by side. I looked on Newegg (usually better data than Amazon) and did not see much to decide either.

Both have had good and bad reviews - always the chance of getting a bad one. Sandisk is more expensive and has a 5 year warranty. Transcend is less expensive and has a lifetime warranty.

I am using a Transcend in my Canon T1i with no problems. I would lean in that direction, but it is your call.

I am using a Transcend in my Nikon D5000, and it has worked to perfection.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The two previous answers seem to provide good guidance to the original question.
