So i have a WDTV plus Hub media box hooked up to my HDTV. MTS files from my camcorder are around 25mbps. When all is optimized by imovie these files are around 100-150mbps. My question is what Bit Rate should i use to great quality viewing on my LAN media box. I can convert the 100-150mbps to a lower bitrate to speed up the streaming of my movies. Is anything over 25mbps overkill since the source is 25mbps?
