Bought a Samsung Hdtv Full hd . series 5 46 inch telly. set the tv up its great have to say.
hdmi and on the scart lead.
Xbox wont work at all Im stumped.
avi cable yellow red and white nothing
avi lead scart adapter noting at all.

the xbox is modded. not sure I bought it last thur. went to plug it in and noting is comin up. would it make a deference what dash Im using. will it work with the tv or will I have to to hook it up to another tv and change it.

It wouldnt make a difference... It seems to be screwing up. There could be tons of different problems if there is no display. You tried different cords, so that rules that out. If the xbox is modded, it might have ftp going, but no video is showing up. If so, I would try to hook it with ethernet to your computer, ftp in, and recopy the dashboard . Thats just my two cents.

got it working guys. it was the leads the guy gave me with the console.
