help!!

i fixed my xbox from a rrod by x clamp , penny trick and heat gun and i made a modification in the body by adding 3 fans 2 on the back(gpu and cpu) and one on the top over the cpu it worked great for more than 4 to 6 hour the game(alan wake) didn't stop and everything is ok then suddenly the xbox stop shut-down leaving 3 red light but i think not rrod because after that happen i hit the power button it restart and run again for 4 `6 hour again.
i tried to hit the eject button while he was flashing the red lights to tell me the code of error it but it didnt show anything i was expecting at least 0102 =rrod but i saw nothing
can anyone tell me what is that?
(my opinion i think it is the penny trick because i am in egypt we don't have pennies so i use another coin and i used only one coin because it was too thick)
and another different thing the power bottom central led is blinking
