first, when i try to softmod my xbox i have the linux installer and the SC file that i need to run the installer on my usb, but when i connect my usb to the xbox it wont let me copy to the hard drive, only delete the files...how do i change that
second, when i have my xbox connected to my pc i can't connect to it in flashfxp or cutefxp they lose connection after i hit done on the connect screen of my xbox.help with that too
if anyone could help me with those i will be very grateful i have been trying to softmod and no luck because of those two problems
i already did that twice with two different thumbdrives, and i found out an xbox doesn't need to be modded before ftp i looked it up on youtube and found something by expert village a dude modded an xbox through ftp
I know this sounds stupid, but it happens to a lot of ppl. when you have the file selected in msdash, instead of clicking on it (which brings up delete) have you tried to move the thumbstick to the right? That should give you the option to copy.
