    can anyone point me in the right direction to getting the leads and anything eg pc card etc to flash an xbox 360 , i have been told i need the lead with the probe

    Why not just connect the HDD or DVD drive to your computer directly? It would be much easier and safer to do, since you would not have to open any hardware except the 360 case?
