Tvants to vlc to tversity to xbox 360

hello i followed this guide here http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/stream_tvants_video_to_xbox_360.cfm

but whenever i try to play the stream on my xbox i get the error code 69-c00d36c4

I can open windows media player and type in mms://127.0.0.1:1234 and the stream from vlc that is streaming from tvants shows up! so that's good...

so i cannot figure out the problem. my vlc is a newer version so the interface is slightly different

I even entered the generated stream output string as picture in the tutorial: :sout=#duplicate{dst=std{access=mmsh,mux=asf,dst=:1234}}

but still, i get the same error on the xbox. If i try to get a matching string by manually configuring the output (mssh,codec,stream,transcoding etc) through the menus the closest I get is :sout=#duplicate{dst=std{access=mmsh,mux=asfh,dst=127.0.0.1:1234},dst=display}

Im not sure how to make it mux=asf, i always end up getting mux=asfh and to get "#duplicate{dst=std" in my string, I have to click "Display locally" which in also adds ",dst=display}"

I also don't know if "Active Transcoding" should be checked, the tutorial doesn't mention it, so no?
