Hi, I have bought this Blade Media 5000s but I am unable to activate 9991 menu on it. I just get access to 9991 menu after flashing with the firmware as it is recommended. The only menu on 5000 is slightly different to Blade 7000 layout. I have tried few firmware with config files as well with no joy. The procedure of update is as follows: Menu>setup>update & backup>image upgrade>select files>write data to flash>start>channel >London>write data to flash>start>and then 9991 as Invalid channel. Please help me if I am not doing something right or may be I don't have the correct version of the firmware. I will be so grateful to you. Thank you. Best regards, faruqi
