Blade 7000 - channel list

Hiya,
I've got this box and i wish to somehow get the channel list file of the box and edit the channels via the NFDedit program.
Does anyone know how i can do this,
I cant seem to find a manual on the NDF channel editor,
I am guessing i need to somehow download the channels i have on my box to my pc.
any help would be great

its on this thread how to update channel list via internet. http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-59/blade_7000s-software_update-889986/ sly uk and sly itilia only at the moment. transfer from box to stick then transfer from stick to pc if you want to edit them.
