Morning all, Hi i fixed my parents eurovox this morning by factory reset and deep scan using symbol 6592 or 6887 and started at 100.000mhz. There now up and running again in the Greenock area. Only thing is i cant get my own box to do a deep scan im still new to all this and im probs doing something wrong on my end. Only thing is as i said my parents have a eurovox and mine is a digivox xl any 1 with any help on how to do a deep scan for a digivox would be appreciated. And good luck to all who are back up and running. probably wont last long. Its only a matter of time. Also does any 1 know if you paid for the basic package through virgin would your box then work. Again any knowledge on this would be helpful; and appreciated.
just an update folks. After a few different attempts at manual scanning/powerscan ive managed to get all my channels back probably for only a short period of time but hey ill get to that when i get to it. i used symbol 6887. as i stated it has took me a few attempts at this. And ive had to do numerous scans to no avail but now were up and running again will keep ppl posted on any change
np timaloy glad i could help. As i said probs wont last long. But ill face that when it happens. Looks like im going to have to get virgin or sky put back on. But ill keep my box as im a great beliver in where theres a will theres a way. Someone somewhere will eventually find a way of cracking this nagra3 coding system. I mean if nagra 1 and 2 were cracked surely 3 will also be done. I know theres not even been a glimmer of hope to it being cracked yet. But it will. So always keep ur box anyway.
