Digivox software dowmload problem

    I have just purchased a new DIGIVOX-T and I dont know where or how to get the software for the unit.Would appreciate any help.

    Thanks for that but when I go to download, it tells me that there is no coms. As I am using a USB adapter to connect to the R232 lead onto the digibox will this create a problem.

    it could be 1 of a few things

    ya cant flash the box with windows vista has to be xp

    did ya install the driver for the usb adapter

    or the com port setting for the usb adapter might be set on 15 instead of 1
