Don't buy any thing from My Cable Box............

    Hallo guys,

    Don't buy any thing from My Cable Box. Their after sale service is rubish and eventhey don't know how to talk with any customers they are just rudd in talking with them...
    They are not even trusted persons as well....... So I just inform you all don't go with them at all.

    Beacuse I was baught new starview 7 from that guy and after reciving the box wasn't run at all even freeview channels, then after I was return it back to them. But they says that the box warranty are run out so they can not do any thing on that and they just return it back to me. I wasn't installed any thing on that but they say to me you installed somthing carling on that and warranty finish.

    so did you install the firmware on this box? if you did, your out of luck, if you been using the box for a week as you say in your other post, you must have flashed this box with firmware and when you sent it back, they checked it and your warranty is null and void

    No i wasn't install any thing on that but as i say they are send it back to me that's why i m worried about. Beacuse I lost my money on that box and get nothing on that box. If it is any thing come up on that then it would be fine for me otherwise it's totaly loss.

    It wasn't work that's why i needs to send them back. But now they are not accepting their faulty box.

    hi 8ha419 when did you buy the box what date seeing as they have been down for near three weeks wasnt good idea buying one did ya not read the forums before buying they are selling the sv7 on fleabay for 60 quid tryin to get rid of them theres still a box that works suggest people do homework first read the forums and dont buy sv7s

    Cant say ive had any problems with them at all! and ive bought well over 15 boxes from them, had 1 box were the scart was dodgy but they sent a new box out and and picked up the old without any problems.

    No it wasn't work from i recived it That's why I send them back now they are not going to listen any thing on that and return it back to me.

    apparently your telling people there's a fix for star view
    oops - no fix will repair the servers being offline and no
    patch or fix - will fix it. star view is dead gone
    unless the guys arrested in derby buy new servers.
    as u will no - if there's no server to goto there's no
    picture to receive .

    Don't go on this website you never get any reply. I had my personal experince. They are not going to reply on any problems they only reply when your f*k* order conformed to delivered.

    Did you put the cable in the correct input on the box when setting it up? are you paying for VM cable and not just b/band? Have you split the cable in anyway?
