Yes you will need to flash firmware onto your box and you will find it in Eamo's FTA Library (link at the bottom ) go into the Eurovox Folder and then into the Folder bearing the model of your box, then into Firmware, then Latest Firmware - at the moment you will only have FTA firmware - you flash via a Pendrive in the USB for example :- Download the firmware to your desktop, then make sure you unzip it (make sure that the file name is - flash.tbn) before copying to your pendrive. Insert the pendrive into the USB slot on EV 7000 and turn the box power off at the rear and turn back on again, when the box has re-booted, you then open the flash file and extract it to it's memory and install it automatically, you the select your settings and scan.
