    Great to see new firmware for the EX-1000SL for Ireland

    Form experience, what's the chances for a new firmware for the Eurovox ex7000 HD+ in the near future

    Can anyone tell me how to spot a clone EX1000SL. the picture above doesn't look like this box..
    Components inside are,
    SAMSUNG (STAMPED INTO THE METAL) tuner,
    OMEGA and HYNIX chipS,
    'NO HEAT SINK'
    Larger PCB has printed on it - SLIM DVB-C Ver R1.1 2008.03.25
    Both PCBs are green.

    there is away to fix the time but its complicated
    it took me about 2 hours around x.mass time, then i got it by luck hopefully the same will happen 2morrow when i flash it,lol!

    Its a common problem and discussed quite a bit on here already.

    Courtesy of Sc0user ;)

    1. Set time using GMT.
    2. Go to installation, user installation.
    3. Press red button to preform an autoscan.
    4. When autoscan completes, IMMEDIATELY go to time settings again.
    5. Make sure time is still correct.
    6. Turn GMT off.
    7. Press blue button to save and exit.

    Havent been on for a while but wanted to thank everybody for all there help since ive been coming on here and great to get a fix for the ex 1000sl.Keep up the good work its much appreciated .

    thanks hiteck will give that a bash.still think krypt is less hassle as sorts itself out but misses loves the sl interface.and even when shes wrong shes right.

    Hi all,

    i flashed the ex1000sl and it seems im only picking up 1 transponder im getting about 10 channels.
    has anyone else had the same problem i have flashed the box about 3 times im thinking of entering the transponder freqs manually after that im going be running out of ideas.

    its a long time since i have been toying around with the boxes i done the usual emm on symbol rate 6.887 etc can anyone think of something that i may have left out.

    i got the same result after flashing the "fix" (1 trans & 10 channels in North Kildare), thought i may be using the wrong symbol,which did you use ? not tried the deep scan yet,as its a 2 hour job apparently, will do to night though.

    I downloaded this ;
    NAGRA 2 FIX EX1000 SL IRELAND Updated (21-07-09),
    run it all as described, and still only the 10 channels,
    is doing a "deep scan" required. ! or am i missing something else.
    Im not familiar with the eurovox,
    Dream is the one !
