I recently bought 10 kryptviews and 2 of them were faulty. I returned them within 48 hours at my own expense for p&p etc. They arrived at the suppliers last monday 30th and they are now telling me that it can take up to 14 days to test the boxes. It only took me 10 mins to see that they were faulty. Can anyone tell me if they have had similar experiences and if so what was the outcome.

One had a cursor that kept running up and down the menu which it meant it was impossible to make any selection. The other had a bad picture ... freezing and pixelating.

yeah my mate bought 4 and one of them had no sound so sent it back and hasn`t heard back . . i tried ordering some boxes myself when they came back into stock but was told they stopped selling them till mid july cos the remotes off the kryptviews aren`t working properly and they said the some of the tuners are acting up aswell and they are getting too many complaints about it

Got one that stutters and remote slower than usual. In the same boat as ya, gonna swap em for digivox xl's
the cursor going down the menu sounds like a button stuck in on the front that can be popped back out with your hand, too bad
