hi, i have a starview 4 that has died on me recently, iv read through a lot of the posts on this problem but i am still just a little confused. i was wondering what the next step to do is? ps. the box is def a genuine box,i can hear a little ticking noise when i switch it on but there is no power going to the box. there was no box warning or anything like that, i just unplugged it one night and when i went to switch it on there was no power? i really hope somebody can help! was wondering if a jatag would work on starview 4?

a jtag wont fix a faulty power issue, you will need to replace it, not 100 percent but i am sure the powersupply is the same on the SV's
