    thanks... got it. I have accidently deleted one of the plugins is there a way to install them again, I tried to install older version of software but I didn't work and the box is still asking for plug in

    Latest plugins below, all the info you need is on page one on how to load them from a USB, unzip and put onto a USB

    ast-micsupport.net/HDMediaHM9001S/plugin_20130904_USB.zip
    add file to USB stick, plug into the box the box will advise on screen there is an update, tap across until you come to the plugins and install them, the box will restart and all plugins are now back

    latest firmware is here also

    put onto a USB, put it into the box, the box will pick up the update, you can tap across on the remote and select the file and update the box

    thanks... I have a new problem. when I go to XcamCongig to add line and when I click on start XcamCongig the box gets stuck here and it has done this eveytime I tried, I deleted all plugin and reinstalled but the problem was there then I refreshed the the software by restoring factory setting and installing everything again but the problem is still there.. can you help please....

    Why are you deleting anything, flash the box with the latest firmware and then add the latest plugins, once done, factory reset the box and restart the box and let it start up, once done, follow the instructions on page 1 about adding lines, to the letter, there is nothing more I can do if your following this and it keeps freezing,

    can you get FTA i.e channel 1,2 and 3 if not do you have a sat dish? you need a sat dish pointing at the sky sat,

    You need a c line. Google is your friend. No talk on forum about lines. Should cost you ten pound per month

    please how do you update your hd media 9001s satelite receiver box as my needs an update for the free sports and movie etc. i was told i need to pay to update again which is quite expensive. i need help here as i am naive in this field.

    How do you enter a cline into the hd-m 9001s box?

    ive tried everything and cant get cline to work

    anybody give me a step by step tutorial please

    There is no talk allowed about lines on the site or the mods will delete it or ban, did any of you read page one of this thread there is step by steps on how to add a line and more for the box
